These terms are the agreement between you and Ben Brewer, doing business as Fresh Tracks ("we") for using freshtracks.ai. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. Questions? Email admin@freshtracks.ai.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your login to yourself.
One account is for one person. Team plans give each person their own seat.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Plans and billing

Free: Module 1, field notes and sample prompts, at no cost.
Paid plans (Season pass and Coached) renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Team plans are billed per seat. Prices are in US dollars.
Cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your first payment: if a plan isn't for you, email admin@freshtracks.ai within 7 days of your first payment on it and we'll refund that payment in full.
After that: payments aren't refunded for partly used periods, unless the law requires it. If something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal.
Coaching calls are booked through Calendly. Calls you don't use in a month don't roll over.
Sprints, workshops, boot camps and Backcountry are quoted separately. Their quote or agreement governs them.

Your content

You own what you post. You let us display it to other members so the community works.
Be respectful. No harassment, spam or illegal content. We can remove posts that break these rules.
Never post confidential information, such as client data, passwords or anything you aren't allowed to share. The community is shared with other members.

Our content

The lessons, prompts and other materials are for your own use, or your team's if you're on a team plan. Please don't resell, republish or share your login to give others access.

Using AI safely

freshtracks.ai teaches habits for using AI tools. It's educational, not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
AI tools are made by other companies, and their terms and policies apply when you use them.
You're responsible for how you use AI: check its work, follow your company's and your industry's rules, and keep a person in charge of anything that matters.

If things change

We may update the lessons and features over time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing admin@freshtracks.ai.

The legal part

freshtracks.ai is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell members before the change takes effect. Continuing to use freshtracks.ai after that means you accept the new terms.
