This explains what Ben Brewer, doing business as Fresh Tracks ("we") collects when you use freshtracks.ai (the website, the member area and our live sessions), why, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email admin@freshtracks.ai.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address, and how you sign in. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which stores your login details. We never see your password.
- Your learning: which lessons you've finished and when, so your progress follows you.
- Your lesson answers: what you type into a lesson's "Try it first" boxes and which quick-check answers you pick, so you can look back at them and so we can see where a lesson needs work.
- What you post: questions, replies and anything else you write in the community.
- Teams: if you join a team, which team you're on and your role there.
- Billing: if you pay, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan, its status and its renewal date.
- Bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects what you enter on its booking page.
- Live sessions: group calls and workshops may be recorded so members who miss them can watch the replay. We'll say at the start when a call is being recorded. You can keep your camera off, show only your first name, or ask us to cut something from a replay.
- Basic technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your light or dark mode choice. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To run your account, save your progress and give you the lessons and tools your plan includes.
- To run the community and live sessions.
- To bill you, if you're on a paid plan, and to handle refunds and disputes.
- To send you emails about your account, your plan and sessions you've signed up for. We'll only send you marketing emails if you agree to them, and every one will have a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure and fix problems.
We don't put your account details, lesson answers or community posts into AI tools to train them.
Who can see it
- We can see your lesson answers, to improve the lessons. Other members and team admins can't.
- Other members can see your name, what you post in the community, and you in any group call replay you appear in.
- Your team admin, if you're on a team, can see your name, email and lesson progress.
- Our service providers process data for us, only to run the site:
- Clerk: accounts and sign-in.
- Supabase: the database.
- Stripe: payments.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Cloudflare: domain, DNS and email forwarding.
- Calendly: bookings.
- The video tool a live call runs on, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
- The law: we'll share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete your profile, progress, lesson answers and posts within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Email admin@freshtracks.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also update your name and email from your account menu.
Children
freshtracks.ai is for adults and working professionals. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell members by email or in the member area before the change takes effect.
